I'd like to pile all those people into a time machine and take 'em back 70 years to Dachau. We may live in an era of gross government overreach, but nobody's breaking our windows and throwing us in cattle cars. The opponents of the proposed healthcare plan need a serious reality check. Tactics like this throw the game.

This woman epitomises two important aspects of American culture... 1. The amazing and enshrined privilege of "free speach" in the US, and 2. The massive ignorance that has built up in the US in the minds of some people about the role of Government. - Government should be like a mega-macro family... It should look after its own. Previous US administrations, particularly the previous one, were much much closer to the unilateralist, expansionist, anti-human rights agenda of Germany in the 1930's and 40's. - Obama is nothing short of a miracle springing like an Angel of light from US culture, that the world had every reason to believe was next to impossible. - May you all protect him, PLEASE... he is so important for the world right now, and for the people of the USA.
